Wire EDM
The Wire EDM machine at I.M.W. is capable of machining complex profiles by moving the wire independently above the part and below the part.
Any profile you can imagine making by moving a wire through your part, we can machine with Wire EDM. The process is only limited by the angle of the wire.
Our travel capacity is 18" x 12" x 11"
SINKER EDM
Sinker EDM processes utilize a custom-made electrode to remove material in a detailed pattern. We can make custom electrodes for internal die parts.
